Our bodies use a language I don’t really understand,
Your eyes show things I know aren’t there.
Can my bare skin betray my heart inside?
Can word unspoken be heard, can words be said with a look?
My mind makes me a sinner when I need to be a saint,
I respond when I should be cold as ice.
Can my blushing face speak directly to you?
Can one heart’s betrayal course an innocent soul in Love..?
Once I finally got control over the heart and mind of mine,
Once all my tears were cried and my eyes' try,
What did I find but more sorrow and grief?
Can a bad soul get solace from the one that makes her bad?
